Olympiad Games

I want to change the time of the olympiad games -2 hours from the default which was 18:00.
So i make these settings I restart server and still oly didnt start at the time I set.

# During the competition
#default: 18:00
CompetitionStartTime = 16:00

# End time Competitions
# default: +1 00:00
CompetitionEndTime = +1 22:00

 

[localhost]

CompetitionEndTime = +1 22:00

1. remove +1 from here
2. u can reset olymp settings in DB for work new time
