NPC Burn

Hi. There is a problem with the NPC Burn animation. Skill id: 4033
After numerous tests, it looks like the problem is on the server side, not the client side
Monsters using the skillet flutter around as if they had epilepsy, very bad looking

Please check if everyone has this and repair if necessary.
