How to create a restriction to not add the bonuses of an item. For example:
Vote Rune + 1.5 XP (Passive skill)
Premium acc + 1.5XP (Services Rate Bonus)
If the player is Premium, Vote Rune + 0 XP (Passive skill)
I don't want the bonuses to be added together, only one should prevail.
