u need change "RequestServerID" to another in server.properties, like :
RequestServerID = 1 # for first gs
RequestServerID = 2 # for second gs
and make sure that "AcceptNewGameServer" is "true" in authserver.properties or you added choosed server_id to gameserver table on side mysql ( if AcceptNewGameServer if "false")
