Hwid Limit Windows

Hello, could someone explain to me how these options work? Even if you set window limits, you can still open more than 2 windows.

Данная система доступна на версиях классик и легаси, однако она не предусмотрена на версии интерлюд, для ее работы вам нужно дополнительно приобрести сторонний софт АА, стрикс, Смарт Гуард и т.д.
