Putting a voiced command html into an NPC

Hello again, is there a way to put the html from voice command (scripts / services / command_class_master.htm) into an npc?
Like, after i click a button "Class Master" to show the window as if i had typed .class. like "bypass -h scripts_services.CommandClassMaster"

Or if thats not possible, can i do the same with the html from the NPC class master 31860? To load it from a button from other npc ?

command_class_master.htm that is .pa command in chant, for NPC is scripts/services/npc_class_master.htm

For example, this is for change nickname, and it works

How can make the button to open class master html ? :X
