Block buff - Client Options

Hi guys, how are you?.
I've seen a block buff feature in the biggest 2 L2 projects I know (Bucks.game, La2Dream) which allows you to block buff from ally or clan or self.
My question is, I know it's some kind of option that sets a character variable, but how do you actually block the buff?.

Another topic, I saw also that there are cool client features as Jumping (for instance in La2Dream you can jump now) which is super great.
It's also embedded in the option (alt x -> Shortcuts -> Jump)
So my question is, how can I add more options to shortcuts register?. I tried checking Shortcutalias.dat but no luck.

for jump need edit client + server side, if u want look on another player jumps, i think deazer cant do this on server side
for edit client files u need skill in unrealscript + software for edit this

Actually jump is an animation already embedded in our client so it's just a call via client I think.
