Stack Debuff

Hello, is it possible to stack debuffs? Per say, lvl 1 poison, that if hit again, increases to lvl 2, and if hit again, increases to lvl 3, but if it ends, the next time it hits, it goes back to lvl 1, and as level increases, so does the effects...

I tired using BUFF_CHARGER, and although it works, it doesnt reset the duration, as I want it to reset the time duration, everytime the effect is applied and lvl is increase.
