New phantom system - repeated player actions

The bottom line: The new phantom system temporarily works only for peaceful zones and duplicates the actions of the players, thereby better emulating online.

Because you have no any records at database, enable GM record and check by gm. Default its write a normal players action

Inside spawn.xml have 20 locations to 3 cities (Aden, Giran's Goddard &) with total count of 80 like on the the pic below:
Do I need to touch the count there or spawn.png ?
And if not what is this count 80 in total on spawn.xml?

How to make them a chance have wind walk?
In a pvp server, everyone runs fast in the city, except the phantoms and it attracts a lot of attention.
