Enchant Armor Set Effect Bug?

Its me only I'm facing this problem ? when i enchant lets say in Draconic Set only the boots +6/8/10 i take the effect without finish all the set enchanted .And on some armors like D grade mithril Set i take the effect only with enchanted gloves +6/8/10 or Brigandine Set only with enchanted Helmet +6/8/10 .That is happening in all armor sets from D to S grade. It takes the effect from what is the last piece in armor_sets.xml .

Несовсем, на легаси все так же криво отображает подсветку сетов заточеных.

Also on Classic, the behaviour is just like the guy described, and also, if i change the vales for example from 6/8/10 to 10/16/23, it didnt work as it should
am i right when i changin it only here, or iam wrong ?
